• “Creator” refers to freelance content creators who produce short-form video content for Contenin’s clients.

• “Services” refers to the video creation and related services provided by Contenin through the platform.

• “User” or “you” refers to anyone accessing or using the Website, including Clients, Creators, and visitors.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Website or services, you agree to these Terms, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may be posted in relation to certain services, features, or offers. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and any changes will be posted on this page with the updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the Website after any changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

3. Eligibility

By using our Website and services, you confirm that you are:

4. Services Overview

ContenIn provides a comprehensive platform that enables clients to obtain high-quality short-form video content produced by a curated network of freelance creators. Our services include, but are not limited to, managing the full video production process, selecting and assigning suitable freelance creators, overseeing video editing, and delivering high-quality final video content to clients in a seamless and efficient manner.

 

4.1. Project Brief

Based on the selected subscription plan, Contenin may collaborate with the client to develop a comprehensive project brief. If such assistance is not part of the client’s plan, the client is responsible for submitting a clear and detailed project brief outlining all requirements for the video(s). This brief forms the foundation for content creation and sets the expectations for the deliverable. Any modifications or changes to the brief after the content creation has begun may incur additional fees, which will be communicated to the client beforehand.

4.2. Content Creation

Once the project brief is received and approved, Contenin will assign a pre-screened freelance creator from our network to complete the project. The selected creator will produce the video content according to the specifications outlined in the project brief. For streamlined communication and efficient project management, all interactions with the creator will be managed by Contenin. Clients will not engage directly with the freelance creators during the production process, ensuring that the project remains on track and within scope.

4.3. Content Review

Clients may be entitled to minor revisions after the completion of a video, depending on their subscription plan. Revisions included in the subscription plans are limited to small editing tweaks, such as text adjustments, color corrections, or timing changes, and do not involve redoing any major aspects of the video production, such as re-recording voiceovers or reshooting footage.

Contenin carefully reviews the content provided by the creator to ensure it aligns with our internal guidelines and quality standards before delivery. We value client feedback and will consider constructive input for future videos, particularly for clients on ongoing or subscription-based services.

5. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Website, including placing orders or offering content creation services, you may be required to create an account.

 

5.1. Account Information

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.

• Keep your account credentials secure.

• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

 

If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at info@contenin.com. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

 

6. Payments and Fees

6.1. Pricing for Clients

The pricing for our services is outlined on our Website and may vary depending on the type and scope of the project. Clients will be notified of the total cost of services before the project begins.

6.2. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in advance through our secure payment system. No work will commence until full payment is received. Payments are processed securely using third-party payment processors, and all prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise specified.

 

3. Creator Payments

Creators will be compensated for completed projects through the payment method specified in their account. Payment is typically issued within 1-2 business days after the content is approved by the client.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Non-Delivery of Service: If a project is not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe.

• If the final video content does not align with the project brief or meet the agreed-upon quality expectations, even after Contenin's video review, Contenin reserves the right to determine whether a refund will be issued. Refunds, if granted, will be processed at the sole discretion of Contenin, based on the specific circumstances of the project.

 

7.2. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Client Change of Mind: Once content creation has commenced and the project brief is met.

• Minor Edits or Revisions: Requests for minor edits or revisions do not qualify for a refund. However, depending on the purchased subscription plan, clients may be entitled to one round of minor revisions, which are limited to small adjustments such as text changes, color corrections, or timing tweaks.

 

7.3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, clients must contact us at info@contenin.com within 7 days of receiving the final video. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

 

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. Ownership of Content

Upon full payment and delivery of the final video, clients receive full ownership of the content, including all commercial rights to use, distribute, and modify the content.

 

8.2. Creator Obligations

Creators agree that all content produced is original and does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. Creators transfer all rights to the client upon completion of the project and payment.

 

9. Prohibited Activities

Users of the Website agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

• Interfere with the Website’s operation or attempt to breach its security measures.

• Upload or transmit harmful content, including viruses or malware.

• Use the Website to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

 

10. Limitation of Liability
